All part are genuine Vauxhall parts and removed from Vauxhall vehicles.

Shipping

We pride ourselves on the standard of our packing. Items are either boxed or bubble wrapped and shrink wrapped. We usually despatch within 24 hours excluding weekends. Please allow extra time for the shipping of larger items. All items are despatched via a next day courier service. Smaller items will be sent by Royal Mail first class recorded.

Postage costs apply to UK mainland addresses only. This does not cover The Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, The Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and all other British Islands.

We ship worldwide. Please contact us for a quote to your country.

If you are paying via PayPal or credit card items can only be shipped to your confirmed PayPal address or the registered cardholder's address.

All items will require a signature on delivery.

Terms & Conditions

All parts are guaranteed for 30 days. Glass or windows cannot be insured with our couriers. Any damage is non-refundable.

Any damage to body panels will be described in listings. This does not cover light scuffs and minor scratches to the paintwork that may incur from removal or storage.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase please telephone us and we will endeavour to resolve any issues. If we are unable to resolve issues to your satisfaction then items must be returned, at the buyers expense, to our premises within 7 days of receipt. This policy is in line with the distance seller regulations.

Any returned items purchased in error will be subject to a 20% restocking fee so please make sure you are purchasing the item required for your vehicle. If in doubt please telephone before ordering.
